“The fear that originality is no longer possible."

Is that really a bad thing? My style of photography has been done to death, but that doesn’t mean it’s not special to me. It’s special, not because it’s unique, but because I made it. I tried to create something beautiful. And if anyone enjoys my work, it’s because it reveals small facet of me, not because it’s original.

I’m not an artist, but I do like to express myself. And I think more people should create things, especially in these gloomy times. To me, art is not about originality; it’s about appreciating the world around you.
